Netflix’s release list for the week of September 25 through October 1 names two nonfiction titles for September 30. The Arena is a competition in which 38 amateur fighters compete through tests and bouts for a professional MMA contract and a €100,000 prize, according to the service.
The same lineup lists The Widower: ’Til Death Do Us Part, a documentary following a journalist and a detective as they investigate a series of suspicious deaths. These descriptions are Netflix’s advance summaries; they do not establish how either finished program handles its subject.
Both dates come from the company’s own weekly schedule. Catalogs can vary by location, so viewers should confirm availability in their region before planning to watch.
